Our Policies

Consultations and Appointments

Your consultation at Pulse Laser & Skincare Center is complimentary, but note that scheduling treatments requires careful planning and coordination between our office and our technicians. A credit card number is required to secure any appointments 30 minutes or longer which included consultations, and cancellations must be made 24 hours or more before your appointment time. Failure to honor this policy may result in a cancellation fee.

Methods of Payment

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Cost of Procedure

The cost of your treatment is determined on the day of your consultation.

Laser Treatments

The practice of laser is not an exact science. Although 6 sessions are the clinically recommended minimum for most laser treatments, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to actual results. Revisions and/or additional treatments may be required.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you fail to appear for your appointment or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a $25 fee for appointments less than 1 hour or $50 for appointments over 1 hour. Refunds are discretionary and based on individual circumstance.

Pricing & Other Changes

Pricing, policies, products and services offered are subject to change at any time without notice. There will be no refund for services rendered.

Pulse Laser and Skincare Center cares and listens to its clients' needs and concerns. We value our relationship with all of our clients and these policies are part of the informed consent process to clarify any possible future contingencies.
