First, when you walk into Pulse the seating area is very stylish and well maintained. No peeling chairs or stained floors or anything like that. I’ve also never had a problem with wait times. As long as you are a couple minutes early or on time for your appointment you will get seen right away. Next is my actual services and technician. My technician is Komal and she is absolutely the best! She’s always so fun and jokes around and makes the time go by really quick. I’ve gotten laser hair removal done on two areas of my body thus far and I’ll continue going to Pulse for all my hair removal needs. I’m even still going to Pulse despite (temporarily let’s hope) moving out of the city and having to commute a few hours to reach Manhattan.
Some mention the price but honestly I wanted to know that I was getting quality work done, and wouldn’t be at risk of getting burned by the laser because of my darker skin. I’ve never been outrageously concerned about their pricing and again, safety and quality first. Also, they regularly have Gilt deals and after you finish a 6 treatment package I’m pretty sure the touch ups are reduced price. Honestly I don’t have anything negative to say about the staff at Pulse.
